Jugendlicher Drogenverkäufer nach Tod von 13-Jähriger zu Sozialstunden verurteilt
Das Amtsgericht Neubrandenburg in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern hat am Mittwoch einem 17-jährigen Jugendlichen wegen des illegalen Verkaufs von Drogen an ein 13 Jahre altes Mädchen die Ableistung von 120 Sozialstunden auferlegt. Einer Gerichtssprecherin zufolge muss er zudem eine Sucht- und eine Berufsberatung in Anspruch nehmen. Das Mädchen aus Altentreptow im Kreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte war im Juni 2023 nach dem Konsum einer halben Ecstasy-Pille zusammengebrochen und später in einem Krankenhaus gestorben.
Nach Angaben der Staatsanwaltschaft ergab ein Gutachten, dass der hoch dosierte Wirkstoff MDMA in der sogenannten Blue-Punisher-Pille eine tödliche Hirnschwellung ausgelöst hatte. Strafrechtlich wurde der Angeklagte jedoch nicht für den Tod der 13-Jährigen belangt, weil nicht zwingend nachzuweisen war, dass sie die fatale Pille beim Angeklagten gekauft hatte.
Laut Gerichtssprecherin zeigte sich der angeklagte Jugendliche geständig und reuevoll. Er hatte in drei Fällen insgesamt sechs Pillen für je fünf Euro an das Mädchen verkauft. Der Prozess fand unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit statt. Im Juni vergangenen Jahres waren zwei weitere Mädchen aus der Region um Neubrandenburg nach dem Konsum von Ecstasy-Pillen mit teils schweren gesundheitlichen Problemen in Kliniken eingeliefert worden.
