Frau aus Wut über angeblichen Seitensprung getötet: Haftstrafe für 89-Jährigen
Ein 89-Jähriger ist vom Landgericht Düsseldorf wegen Totschlags verurteilt worden, weil er seine Frau aus Verärgerung über einen angeblichen Seitensprung erstochen haben soll. Nach Angaben einer Gerichtssprecherin vom Mittwoch wurde der Mann zu fünf Jahren und vier Monaten Freiheitsstrafe verurteilt. Hintergrund der Tat soll ein Streit gewesen sein. Dabei soll die Frau ihrem Mann gesagt haben, dass eine Tochter von einem lange zurückliegenden Seitensprung stamme.
Aus Verärgerung soll der 89-Jährige die Frau bei einem Messerangriff getötet haben. Die Tat ereignete sich laut Anklage am 19. November, während die Frau mit ihrer Schwester telefonierte. Der Senior soll ihr insgesamt 20 Stiche und Schnitte in Hals, Brust und Bauch zugefügt haben. Sie starb noch am Tatort an ihren schweren Verletzungen. Später soll sich herausgestellt haben, dass die Behauptung, die Tochter stamme nicht von ihm, falsch war.
