Mordprozess um aus Fenster geworfenes Baby in Heilbronn begonnen
Vor dem Landgericht Heilbronn hat am Mittwoch ein Prozess um ein aus einem Fenster geworfenes Baby begonnen. Die Anklage wirft der Mutter Mord vor. Sie soll im September ihre neugeborene Tochter aus dem dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses in Lauffen geworfen haben.
Mit der "gezielten Tötung" des Kinds habe sie sich der Belastung durch ihre Mutterschaft entziehen wollen. Nach Angaben der Staatsanwaltschaft könnte dies angesichts stabiler persönlicher und wirtschaftlicher Verhältnisse der 1995 geborenen Frau das Mordmerkmal der niedrigen Beweggründe erfüllen. Bis Anfang Juli sind noch neun weitere Verhandlungstermine angesetzt.
