Leichenteile in Rhein bei Breisach: Tatverdächtiger stellt sich der Polizei
Nach dem Fund von Leichenteilen im Rhein im südlichen Baden-Württemberg ist ein Tatverdächtiger festgenommen worden. Der 58-Jährige stellte sich am Donnerstagabend der Polizei, wie die Beamten in Freiburg und die Staatsanwaltschaft Waldshut-Tiengen am Freitag mitteilten. Er sei dringend verdächtig, das Opfer, einen 38-jährigen Mann, getötet zu haben.
Gegen den Mann wurde ein Untersuchungshaftbefehl wegen des dringenden Tatverdachts des Totschlags erlassen. Er war den Angaben zufolge bereits im Fokus der Ermittlungen und wurde vernommen. Von ihm wurde auch eine DNA-Probe entnommen.
Taucher hatten am 6. April Teile einer Leiche im Rhein bei Breisach im Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald entdeckt. Der Obduktion zufolge wurde der Mann Opfer eines Tötungsdelikts. Es handelt sich um einen 38-Jährigen aus dem Landkreis Waldshut.
Der Mann wurde seit dem 4. Januar vermisst. Der genaue Tatablauf sowie die Hintergründe der Tat sind Gegenstand der laufenden Ermittlungen, wie Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft erklärten.
