OLG Celle urteilt in Milliardenstreit um gescheiterte VW-Übernahme durch Porsche
Das Oberlandesgericht (OLG) Celle will am Freitag (10.00 Uhr) sein Urteil in einem jahrelangen Rechtsstreit rund um die gescheiterte Übernahme von Volkswagen durch Porsche in den Jahren 2008 und 2009 sprechen. Die Kläger werfen den Autobauern vor, Anleger über die Übernahmeabsichten getäuscht zu haben. Der Kurs der VW-Aktie schwankte nach den verschiedenen Erklärungen stark, wodurch viele Investoren Geld verloren - bei manchen geht es um Milliarden.
Das Musterverfahren vor dem OLG Celle begann bereits 2017. In einem solchen Prozess sollen Fragen beispielhaft geklärt werden, sodass sich andere Gerichte daran orientieren können. In Celle sind insgesamt 42 Kläger beteiligt, sowohl Privatanleger als auch Hedgefonds. Eine Übernahme von VW durch Porsche scheiterte schließlich. Porsche gehört inzwischen zu Volkswagen.
