Bewährungsstrafe für 200-Euro-Spende an IS-Miliz in Stuttgart
Das Oberlandesgericht Stuttgart hat einen 31-Jährigen wegen Unterstützung der Dschihadistenmiliz Islamischer Staat (IS) und Terrorismusfinanzierung zu einer achtmonatigen Bewährungsstrafe verurteilt. Der zuständige Senat sah es nach Gerichtsangaben vom Mittwoch als erwiesen an, dass der Mann 200 Euro an den IS gespendet hatte. Das Geld schickte er demnach 2018 per Post an einen für den IS tätigen Geldsammler. Dieser wurde bereits rechtskräftig verurteilt.
Laut Gericht hatte der Spendensammler über einen Kanal im Messengerdienst Telegram zu Spenden für den IS aufgerufen und das von ihm angenommene Geld über Mittelsmänner zu der Dschihadistenmiliz nach Syrien transferiert. Der Angeklagte aus dem Landkreis Lörrach gestand die Tat vor Gericht und distanzierte sich laut Gericht vom IS. Beides wurde strafmildernd gewertet.
