Kinder von Alain Delon verklagen Betreuerin wegen seelischer Misshandlung
Die drei Kinder des französischen Schauspielstars Alain Delon haben eine Betreuerin des 87-Jährigen wegen seelischer Misshandlung angeklagt. "Ich gehe davon aus, dass seine Schwäche ausgenutzt wurde", sagte der Anwalt Christophe Ayela am Mittwoch. Delon habe sich selber mit einer schriftlichen Erklärung an der Klage beteiligt, erklärte er.
Die Frau sei nach dem Schlaganfall Delons 2019 bei ihm eingezogen und habe sich seitdem "immer aggressiver, herablassender und beleidigender" ihm und seinen Kindern gegenüber verhalten, sagte der Anwalt. Selbst den Hund des Schauspielers habe sie misshandelt. Sie habe den Kontakt zu seiner Familie und seinen Freunden verhindert, seine Telefongespräche überwacht und die Post abgefangen.
Anthony Delon, einer der Söhne, reichte eine weitere Klage wegen Gewalt und Freiheitsberaubung ein. Dafür gebe es Belege aus den vergangenen eineinhalb Jahren. Sein Vater habe die Frau sogar vergeblich schriftlich gebeten, aus seinem Wohnhaus in Douchy südlich von Paris auszuziehen.
Delon ist für Filme wie "Der Leopard" und "Der eiskalte Engel" bekannt. 2009 trat er noch in einem Asterix-Film auf. 2019 erhielt er in Cannes eine Ehrenpalme für sein Lebenswerk.
