Münchner Oktoberfestreferent: "Cannabis hat auf Wiesn einfach keinen Platz"
München will das Oktoberfest zur cannabisfreien Zone erklären. "Cannabis hat auf der Wiesn einfach keinen Platz", sagte der Oktoberfestreferent der Stadt München, Clemens Baumgärtner (CSU), dem Portal Web.de nach einem Bericht vom Dienstag. "Ein Familienfest wie die Wiesn und Cannabiskonsum, das geht für mich nicht zusammen", ergänzte er. Er wolle die Wiesn ähnlich wie Fußgängerzonen oder Biergärten zur Tabuzone für Cannabis erklären. Kontrollen von Oktoberfestbesuchern auf Cannabis solle es aber nicht geben.
Das Gesetz zur Teillegalisierung von Cannabis gilt seit dem 1. April. Besitz und kontrollierter Anbau zum privaten Gebrauch sind damit erlaubt, allerdings mit zahlreichen Einschränkungen. Im öffentlichen Raum bleibt der Besitz von 25 Gramm getrocknetem Cannabis straffrei. Anbau und Abgabe soll vorerst über Anbauvereine ermöglicht werden. Im Eigenanbau zu Hause sind bis zu 50 Gramm sowie drei Pflanzen erlaubt.
Bayern will das Cannabisgesetz "restriktiv" anwenden und mit "harten Bußgeldern" durchgreifen, wie Ministerpräsidenten Markus Söder (CSU) verlauten ließ. Zudem gibt es Pläne für cannabisfreie Zonen.
