Robbie Williams ist bei seinen Kindern in Sachen Bildung nachlässig
Der britische Popstar Robbie Williams legt bei seinen eigenen Kindern nicht so viel Wert auf Bildung. "Mir ist egal, ob meine Kinder gebildet sind oder nicht", sagte der vierfache Vater dem "ZEITmagazin MANN" laut einer Mitteilung vom Montag. "Was Bildung angeht, bin ich sehr, sehr nachlässig." Dem 48-Jährigen zufolge wurde dies bei seiner ältesten Tochter schon ein Problem. Er habe der Zehnjährigen zu oft gesagt, sie solle sich keinen Stress mit dem Lernen machen. "Sie hat das offenbar sehr ernst genommen."
Seine Frau Ayda Field achte hingegen sehr auf gute Bildung, er lege mehr Wert auf das soziale Miteinander. "Ich bin streng, wenn es um Höflichkeit geht: Menschen in die Augen zu sehen, Hände zu schütteln, bitte und danke zu sagen", sagte Williams, der selbst in einfachen Verhältnissen aufwuchs. So sei er in einem Haushalt groß geworden, in dem es wichtig gewesen sei, auf die Stromkosten zu achten. Bis heute plagten ihn außerdem Ängste, wenn es ums Geld geht. "Denn wenn morgen alles vorbei ist, kann ich meinen Lebensstil nicht aufrecht erhalten - das ist eine ganz einfache mathematische Rechnung."
