Lage der Autoindustrie deutlich verbessert
Die Geschäftslage in der deutschen Autoindustrie hat sich einer Befragung des ifo-Instituts zufolge deutlich verbessert. Der auf Basis der Unternehmensbefragung erstellte Index des Münchener Instituts stieg von plus 3,4 im Dezember auf 14,1 Punkte im Januar. "Allerdings sind die Exporterwartungen deutlich gesunken", erklärte Oliver Falck, Leiter des ifo-Zentrums für Industrieökonomik und neue Technologien, am Freitag.
Die Autohersteller hatten über Monate hinweg unter Problemen in den Lieferketten geklagt und konnten deshalb ihre hohen Auftragsbestände nicht abarbeiten. Dies habe sich nun gewendet: "Die Autobauer hoffen, ihre Aufträge durch eine höhere Produktion in den nächsten Monaten abbauen zu können", erklärte Falck.
Der Auftragsbestand ist demnach weiter hoch, auf viele neue Aufträge aus dem Ausland setzen die Unternehmen aber offenbar nicht: Die Exporterwartungen stürzten von 42,1 Punkten im Dezember auf 2,1 Punkte ab.
Seitens der Zulieferer der Autohersteller kehrt der Optimismus nur langsam zurück. "Die Bewertung der Geschäftslage dreht nur leicht ins Positive", erklärte das ifo-Institut. "Sorgenkind blieb der Mangel an Vorprodukten und der Fachkräftemangel. Das meldeten jeweils 55 Prozent der befragten Zulieferer."
