Zweiter Streiktag an Flughäfen laut Verdi "gut" angelaufen
Der zweite Streiktag des Sicherheitspersonals an deutschen Flughäfen ist nach Einschätzung der Gewerkschaft Verdi am Freitag "gut" angelaufen. In Hamburg, Köln/Bonn und Düsseldorf sei "gar nichts los", sagte ein Sprecher der Gewerkschaft am Morgen der Nachrichtenagentur AFP. Die Streiks wurden außerdem auf die Airports Stuttgart und Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden ausgeweitet - Stuttgart sei auch "weitgehend zu", sagte der Verdi-Sprecher.
In Karlsruhe hoben Flieger am Morgen "mit Verspätung ab", hieß es weiter. Dort recherchiere Verdi, ob womöglich Streikbrecher im Einsatz seien.
Insgesamt ist die Gewerkschaft nach eigenen Angaben aber "sehr zufrieden" mit den Plänen und der Umsetzung des Streikaufrufs. Verdi hoffe, dass der Ausstand ein ausreichendes Signal an die Arbeitgeber sei.
Schon am Donnerstag waren mehrere zehntausend Reisende von Warnstreiks des Sicherheitspersonals an mehreren Flughäfen betroffen. Verdi will damit erreichen, dass die Arbeitgeber die Zeitzuschläge für Nacht-, Samstags-, Sonntags- und Feiertagsarbeit erhöhen sowie die Überstunden besser entlohnen. Tarifverhandlungen am 11. und 12. April hatten keine Einigung gebracht. Die nächste Verhandlungsrunde ist am 27. und 28. April geplant.
