Vier von zehn Deutschen waren mindestens ein Jahr lang nicht mehr bei der Bank
Vier von zehn Deutschen (37 Prozent) sind einer Umfrage zufolge in den vergangenen zwölf Monaten nicht in einer Bankfiliale gewesen - der Besuch am Geldautomaten und Kontoauszugsdrucker ausgenommen. Jede und jeder fünfte (19 Prozent) war einmal im vergangenen Jahr in der Filiale, 16 Prozent auch öfter als dreimal, wie die Umfrage der C24 Bank ergab, die AFP am Samstag vorlag.
Demnach kommen die meisten Bankkunden mit bis zu vier Bargeldabhebungen am Automaten im Monat aus - 86 Prozent gaben das an. 21 Prozent der Befragten genügt demnach auch eine Abhebung im Monat.
Vier Prozent der Befragten sagten, sie verzichteten gänzlich auf Bargeld. Bei den 18- bis 24-Jährigen ist dieser Anteil laut Umfrage mit acht Prozent sogar doppelt so groß.
Das Meinungsforschungsinstitut Yougov Deutschland befragte im Auftrag der C24 Bank online 2038 Menschen zwischen dem 5. und dem 8. Mai. Die Ergebnisse sind den Angaben zufolge repräsentativ für die deutsche Bevölkerung ab 18 Jahren.
