Stimmung in der Autoindustrie verschlechtert sich weiter
Die deutsche Automobilindustrie schätzt ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage laut Umfrage des Ifo-Instituts schlechter ein als im Juli: Im August fiel der entsprechende Indikator auf 12,7 Punkte, nach 22,1 Punkten im Juli, wie das Ifo am Freitag mitteilte. "Die Stimmung hat sich vor allem bei den Autoherstellern verschlechtert; die Zulieferer sind mit ihrer aktuellen Lage immer noch einigermaßen zufrieden", erklärte Anita Wölfl vom Ifo.
Bei den Herstellern fiel die Bewertung der aktuellen Geschäftslage im August demnach auf die Nullmarke, von plus 34,6 Punkten im Juli. Die Erwartungen an die kommenden Monate sanken stärker - von minus 48 Punkten im Juli auf minus 75 Punkte im August. Fast die Hälfte der Autohersteller klagt über Auftragsmangel als Hindernis für die Produktion. Allerdings seien die Auftragsbücher immer noch so gut gefüllt, dass damit ein halbes Jahr abgedeckt werden könne, so das Ifo.
Bei den Zulieferfirmen dagegen hat sich die Stimmung laut Umfrage im Durchschnitt nur leicht eingetrübt; die Erwartungen gehen für manche Sparten sogar etwas nach oben. "Zulieferfirmen besitzen teils spezialisiertes technisches Know-how, das die Elektromobilität und autonomes Fahren genauso vorantreiben kann wie alternative Mobilitätslösungen – und zwar weltweit, nicht nur in Deutschland", erläuterte Wölfl.
