Noch keine Einigung in Regierung über Akw-Einsatzreserve
In der Bundesregierung gibt es offensichtlich noch keine Einigkeit über die geplante Einsatzreserve für zwei süddeutsche Atomkraftwerke. "Die Ressortabstimmung zur gesetzlichen Umsetzung der Einsatzreserve Atom dauert noch an", teilte das Bundeswirtschaftsministerium dazu am Mittwoch auf AFP-Anfrage mit. Ursprünglich war erwartet worden, dass das entsprechende Artikelgesetz am Vormittag im Bundeskabinett beraten wird.
Dabei geht es um Änderungen des Atom- und des Energiewirtschaftsgesetzes. Dies soll eine Einsatzreserve für die Atomkraftwerke Isar 2 in Bayern und Neckarwestheim 2 in Baden-Württemberg bis maximal Mitte April 2023 ermöglichen. Normalerweise müssten alle drei verbliebenen deutschen Akw laut Atomgesetz zum Jahresende vom Netz gehen. Eine Verlängerung für das dritte Kraftwerk, das niedersächsische Akw Lingen, ist von der Bundesregierung nicht geplant.
Ob die Einsatzreserve tatsächlich erforderlich ist, darüber will das Wirtschaftsministerium zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt entscheiden. Genannt wurden dafür bisher Termine Ende November oder Anfang Dezember. Die sogenannte Bedarfsfeststellung dürfte dann der bisherigen Vorlage zufolge durch eine Rechtsverordnung des Wirtschaftsministeriums erfolgen.
