Baupreise für Wohngebäude weiter gestiegen
Die Preise für den Neubau von Wohngebäuden sind weiter gestiegen: Von Mai bis August legten sie um 2,6 Prozent zu, wie das Statistische Bundesamt in Wiesbaden am Donnerstag mitteilte. Im Mai hatte der Preisanstieg im Vorjahresvergleich schon den höchsten Wert seit 1970 erreicht.
Von Mai 2021 bis Mai 2022 stiegen die Preise für Erdarbeiten, Beton- und Mauerarbeiten, Dachdeckungs- und Holzbauarbeiten um insgesamt 17,6 Prozent; im August betrug der Anstieg gegenüber dem Vorjahresmonat nun 16,5 Prozent, wie die Statistiker mitteilten. Dabei legten die Preise für alle Arbeiten an konventionell gefertigten Wohngebäuden zweistellig zu, in der Spanne von 13,1 bis 19,6 Prozent.
Zimmer- und Holzarbeiten waren schon im August 2021 um fast die Hälfte teurer geworden - hier stiegen die Preise nun nur noch um 2,3 Prozent im Vorjahresvergleich.
In Deutschland sind die Baupreise und Immobilienpreise seit 2010 stark gestiegen, wie die Statistiker erläuterten. Gründe sind etwa eine wachsende Bevölkerung, ein knappes Angebot an Immobilien und niedrige Zinsen. Die Preise für den Bau von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern etwa erhöhten sich im Zeitraum 2010 bis 2020 um 29 Prozent - die Inflationsrate stieg im gleichen Zeitraum nur um 14 Prozent.
