Bericht: Onlinehändler Buero.de will 47 Filialen von Karstadt Kaufhof übernehmen
Der Onlinehändler Buero.de hat einem Medienbericht zufolge ein Übernahmeangebot für 47 Filialen der insolventen Kaufhauskette Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof unterbreitet. Das berichtete die "Bild" am Montag unter Verweis auf Unternehmenskreise. Buero.de ist demnach besonders an Standorten in mittelgroßen Städten interessiert.
Galeria hatte vergangene Woche Insolvenz in Eigenverwaltung beantragt. Insolvenzverwalter Arndt Geiwitz kündigte harte Einschnitte an. Nur ein harter Kern werde von den jetzt 131 Kaufhäusern übrig bleiben, sagte er.
Der Unternehmenschef von Buero.de, Markus Schön, bestätigte, mit dem Insolvenzverwalter Kontakt aufgenommen zu haben. "Wir hoffen sehr, dass der Konzern auf unser Angebot eingeht und damit eine Rettung der Filialen und Arbeitsplätze möglich macht", sagte er der "Bild".
