Apotheker kritisieren Störungen im E-Rezept-System
Der Deutsche Apothekerverband (DAV) kritisiert Störungen im E-Rezept-System. "Immer häufiger und insbesondere in den Morgenstunden kommt es dazu, dass der Zugang zum E-Rezept-System nicht möglich ist", erklärte der DAV-Vorsitzende Hans-Peter Hubmann am Dienstag. Patientinnen und Patienten, die dringend Medikamente benötigen, müssten dann vertröstet werden. Hubmann sprach von einem "inakzeptablen Zustand, der sofort gelöst werden muss".
Ursache seien offensichtlich Probleme mit Produkten eines Dienstleisters für die Identifizierung von Heilberuflerinnen und Heilberuflern, hieß es von Seiten des DAV. Der Verband rief das Bundesgesundheitsministerium (BMG) sowie die für die technische Umsetzung des E-Rezepts zuständige Gesellschaft Gematik auf, die Arzneimittelversorgung über das E-Rezept-System wieder zu stabilisieren. Hubmann sagte, dass dieses "an einigen Stellen leider noch holpert", was behoben werden müsse.
