Bundesverwaltungsgericht bestätigt Verbot für Verlag und Musikfirma von PKK
Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht hat ein vom Bundesinnenministerium verhängtes Verbot für einen Verlag und eine Musikfirma der verbotenen Arbeiterpartei Kurdistans (PKK) bestätigt. Die beiden Unternehmen seien Teilorganisationen der seit 1993 verbotenen PKK und dienten der "Aufrechterhaltung des organisatorischen Zusammenhalts", teilte das Gericht am Donnerstag in Leipzig mit. Sie verbreiteten Propagandamaterial der Partei und unterstützten die PKK durch dessen Verkauf finanziell.
Die Firmen hatten demnach gegen das vor annähernd drei Jahren vom Bundesinnenministerium in Berlin ausgesprochene Tätigkeitsverbot vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht geklagt. Sie machten geltend, nicht mit der PKK verflochten zu sein.
Dies sahen die Richter aber anders. Die Kläger seien nach allen feststellbaren Indizien "in die Strukturen der PKK eingegliedert" und mit dieser organisatorisch, finanziell und personell eng verflochten. Es handle sich um "Teilorganisationen".
