Unternehmenssprecher: Aus Nord Stream 2 tritt kein Gas mehr aus
Aus der beschädigten Gaspipeline Nord Stream 2 tritt kein Gas mehr aus. Der Druck in der Gasleitung in der Ostsee sei mittlerweile auf das gleiche Niveau wie der Wasserdruck gefallen, sagte Ulrich Lissek, Sprecher der Betreiberfirma, am Samstag der Nachrichtenagentur AFP. "Der Wasserdruck hat also die Rohrleitung mehr oder weniger verschlossen, sodass das Gas im Inneren nicht entweichen kann."
Die schwedische Küstenwache hatte am Freitag mitgeteilt, dass sich der Gas-Austritt an einem der Lecks an Nord Stream 2 verringert habe. An den von Russland nach Deutschland führenden Pipelines Nord Stream 1 und 2 waren in dieser Woche vier Lecks in den Wirtschaftszonen Dänemarks und Schwedens entdeckt worden. Die Leitungen sind zwar nicht in Betrieb, aber aus technischen Gründen mit Gas gefüllt.
Einem dänisch-schwedischen Bericht für den UN-Sicherheitsrat zufolge wurden die Lecks von Unterwasser-Explosionen mit einer Sprengkraft wie "hunderte Kilo" Sprengstoff verursacht. Russland bestreitet, hinter den Explosionen zu stecken. Präsident Wladimir Putin machte am Freitag den Westen dafür verantwortlich und sprach seinerseits von "Sabotage".
