Nach erstem BVB-Tor: Füllkrug hofft auf "kleinen Flow"
Niclas Füllkrug hofft nach seinem ersten Tor im Trikot von Borussia Dortmund auf einen Lauf des Fußball-Vizemeisters. "Wir müssen in einen kleinen Flow kommen, das geht über Ergebnisse. Dann werden wir auch schnell einen guten und gepflegten Ball sehen", sagte der 30 Jahre alte Nationalstürmer im Anschluss an das 3:1 (2:1) der Dortmunder zum Auftakt des 6. Bundesliga-Spieltags bei der TSG Hoffenheim.
Unter den Augen des neuen Bundestrainers Julian Nagelsmann hatte der von Werder Bremen gekommene Füllkrug den BVB vor 30.150 Zuschauern in der ausverkauften Sinsheimer Arena in Führung gebracht (18.). Marco Reus (45.+3) und Ryerson (90.+5) trafen zudem für die in der Liga seit 14 Partien ungeschlagenen Dortmunder. Für eine Nacht kletterten die Westfalen (14 Punkte) an die Tabellenspitze.
Der Sieg der Dortmunder, bei denen Außenverteidiger Rami Bensebaini die Gelb-Rote Karte sah (71.), war schmeichelhaft. Die Hoffenheimer ließen zahlreiche Chancen liegen und kassierten nach vier Siegen in Folge wieder eine Niederlage. Daran änderte auch das Tor von Andrej Kramaric per Foulelfmeter (25.) nichts.
"Das ist ein Ergebnis, das uns stärkt - auch wenn es spielerisch noch nicht das Gelbe vom Ei ist. Es ist doch positiv, wenn du oben stehst und du hast noch Luft nach oben", sagte Füllkrug: "Der Sieg wird uns sehr viel Selbstvertrauen geben. Solche Hürden muss man meistern, wenn man oben dabei sein will."
