Dani Olmo sendete seinem Keeper ein Herz, Lukas Klostermann äußerte seine Zuversicht auf eine starke Rückkehr: Die schlimme Diagnose für Peter Gulacsi war keine Stunde bekannt, da bekundeten bereits die ersten Mitspieler von RB Leipzig in den sozialen Netzwerken ihre Anteilnahme. Gulacsi wurde gegen die Schotten bereits nach 13 Minuten ausgewechselt, nachdem er im Anschluss an einen Fehlpass im Spielaufbau mit dem rechten Bein weggeknickt war. Nach minutenlanger Behandlung verließ der Ungar den Platz auf einer Trage.
