Hugh Grant sieht in romantischen Komödien eher eine "große, dicke Lüge"
Mit romantischen Komödien ist er zum Superstar geworden, doch im wahren Leben hat der britische Schauspieler Hugh Grant so seine Zweifel am Inhalt dieser Filme. "Die große Frage ist doch, ob diese Idee von einem Mann und einer Frau, die zusammen gehören - und nach der wir alle süchtig sind - wahr ist oder eine große, dicke Lüge", sagte der 62-Jährige in Paris.
"Und ich habe das Gefühl, dass es eher eine große, dicke Lüge ist - auch wenn ich meine ganze Karriere und meinen Reichtum darauf aufgebaut habe", fügte Grant offenbar scherzhaft hinzu. "All diese romantischen Komödien, die ich gemacht habe - es wäre sehr interessant, da jetzt Fortsetzungen zu haben. Sie würden vermutlich mit Scheidungsanwälten beginnen."
Grant ist mit Filmen wie "Notting Hill" und "Bridget Jones" zum Weltstar geworden. In Paris äußerte er sich anlässlich der Vorstellung seines neuen Films "Dungeons and Dragons".
