Zwei Tote bei Brand in Mehrfamilienhaus in Oberbayern
Bei einem Brand in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Peißenberg in Oberbayern sind zwei Menschen ums Leben gekommen. Wie die Polizei in Rosenheim am Sonntag mitteilte, fand die Feuerwehr die zwei Toten am Samstagabend bei den Löscharbeiten im Haus. Ihre Identität sei noch nicht geklärt. Auch die Brandursache wird laut Polizei noch ermittelt.
Bewohner und Nachbarn riefen gegen 21.00 Uhr am Samstagabend die Feuerwehr. In dem Haus mit 24 Wohnungen brannte eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock, wie die Polizei weiter mitteilte. Drei Bewohner des Hauses kamen wegen möglicher Rauchgasvergiftung zur Untersuchung in umliegende Krankenhäuser.
Die meisten Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner konnten nach den Löscharbeiten wieder in ihre Wohnungen zurückkehren, nachdem ein Statiker das Gebäude begutachtet hatte. Der Sachschaden an dem Haus liegt laut Polizei ersten Schätzungen zufolge im sechsstelligen Bereich.
