Sicherungsverfahren um tödliche Amokfahrt an Berliner Kurfürstendamm begonnen
Mehr als ein halbes Jahr nach einer tödlichen Amokfahrt auf dem Berliner Kurfürstendamm hat am Dienstag ein sogenanntes Sicherungsverfahren gegen den mutmaßlichen Täter begonnen. Zum Auftakt wurde die Antragsschrift verlesen. Dem 29-jährigen Gor H. werden Mord sowie versuchter Mord und gefährliche Körperverletzung vorgeworfen.
H. fuhr am 8. Juni nahe der Berliner Gedächtniskirche in eine Menschenmenge und erfasste dabei eine Schulklasse aus Hessen. Eine Lehrerin wurde getötet, mehrere Menschen zum Teil schwer verletzt. Das Auto kam anschließend im Schaufenster eines Geschäfts zum Stehen. H. wurde später vorläufig in der Psychiatrie untergebracht.
Die Fahrt soll er im Zustand nicht ausschließbarer Schuldunfähigkeit unternommen haben, weshalb die Staatsanwaltschaft seine dauerhafte Unterbringung anstrebt. Darüber wird nicht in einem normalen Straf-, sondern in einem Sicherungsverfahren verhandelt. Dafür wurden bislang Termine bis Ende April angesetzt.
