Tödlicher Unfall: 57-Jähriger stirbt bei Baggerarbeiten in Oberbayern
Bei Baggerarbeiten auf einem Werksgelände im bayerischen Burghausen ist ein 57 Jahre alter Mann am Dienstag tödlich verletzt worden. Ersten Ermittlungen zufolge löste sich ein schwerer Baggermeißel und traf den Arbeiter, wie die Polizei in Rosenheim mitteilte. Der 57-Jährige sei noch vor Ort gestorben.
Gegen den 54 Jahre alten Baggerführer wurden den Angaben zufolge Ermittlungen wegen des Verdachts der fahrlässigen Tötung eingeleitet. Die Polizei war demnach am frühen Dienstagmorgen gerufen worden, nachdem sich mutmaßlich bei Abbrucharbeiten der Baggermeißel von der Arbeitsmaschine gelöst hatte. Zum genauen Unfallhergang ermittelt nun die Kriminalpolizei.
