Vermeintliche Riesenschlange in Nordrhein-Westfalen entpuppt sich als Bauschaum
Eine vermeintliche Riesenschlange auf einem Dach hat sich in Nordrhein-Westfalen als harmloser Bauschaum entpuppt. Der Einsatz habe daraufhin ein "unspektakuläres" Ende genommen, teilte die Polizei Neuss am Donnerstag mit. Demnach hatte ein Anwohnerin die Beamten in Neuss am Donnerstagnachmittag gerufen, weil sie auf einer Dachschräge eine große, dicke Schlange gesehen habe.
Die Frau zeigte den Polizisten ein aus der Ferne selbstgemachtes Foto von der mutmaßlichen "Python". Auch die Beamten waren davon überzeugt, dass sich Exemplar der Schlangenart auf dem Dach befindet. Sie riefen Experten von der Feuerwehr hinzu. Erst als diese sich das "Tier" genauer ansahen, stellte sich heraus, dass es lediglich aus dem Dach herausragender Bauschaum war, der zu dem Alarm geführt hatte.
