Im Westen mehren sich die Rufe, für Energieimporte aus Russland Preisobergrenzen einzuführen. Ein entsprechender Vorschlag kam bereits aus dem Kreis der G7-Staaten. Jetzt erklärte EU-Kommissionspräsidentin Ursula von der Leyen, dass Europa eine Preisobergrenze für russisches Gas auferlegen müsse.
