Frankreichs Parlament debattiert Misstrauensanträge gegen Regierung im Rentenstreit
Im französischen Rentenstreit hat die Nationalversammlung am Montag mit der Debatte über die Misstrauensanträge der Opposition gegen die Regierung begonnen. "Die Regierung hat alle Mittel genutzt, um das Parlament zu umgehen", sagte der liberale Abgeordnete Charles de Courson am Montag im Parlament in Paris. Über die beiden Anträge sollte noch am Montag abgestimmt werden. Es gilt jedoch als unwahrscheinlich, dass es zum Sturz der Regierung kommt.
Falls die Misstrauensanträge abgelehnt werden, ist damit die umstrittene Rentenreform endgültig verabschiedet. Etwa zwei Drittel der Franzosen hoffen aber laut einer am Montag von Elabe veröffentlichten Umfrage auf einen Sturz der Regierung. Dazu wäre eine absolute Mehrheit aller Abgeordneten nötig. Dies entspricht derzeit 287 Stimmen, da vier Sitze nicht besetzt sind.
Das von der Regierung durchgesetzte Schnellverfahren ohne Schlussabstimmung über die Reform im Parlament auf Basis des Verfassungsartikels 49.3 hat die landesweiten, wütenden Proteste gegen die Reform weiter angeheizt. Die Misstrauensanträge waren vom rechtspopulistischen Rassemblement National und von einer liberalen Splittergruppe eingebracht worden. Die Regierung kann jedoch auf einen Teil der Stimmen der konservativen Republikaner zählen.
Die Opposition hat für den Fall der Verabschiedung der Rentenreform bereits Verfassungsklagen angekündigt. Die von Präsident Emmanuel Macron vorangetriebene Reform sieht unter anderem vor, das Renteneintrittsalter schrittweise von 62 auf 64 Jahre zu erhöhen. Das Vorhaben sorgt seit Wochen für wütende Proteste und Streiks in Frankreich.
