Berliner Tageblatt - Influencers Agree to Keep Producing Joint Content During Divorce

Influencers Dalton Memel and Ntsako Mathivha have agreed to continue filming material together for their shared social-media accounts while they divorce. Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Memel filed the case and that a temporary order now sets terms for their content business, finances and care of their young son.

The estranged couple must record together at least twice each week, with every session lasting no less than four hours. They are required to approve the planned content in advance and coordinate their schedule at least 24 hours before filming.

The order also provides both spouses with access to the social-media and financial accounts connected to their work. If either changes a password, updated login information must be supplied to the other. The arrangement is designed to keep their jointly operated online business functioning while ownership and other divorce issues remain unresolved.

Financial restrictions limit either party’s ability to move business funds independently. Memel and Mathivha agreed that neither would withdraw more than $500 without written permission from the other.

They share a son who is nearly two years old. During the proceedings, the parents will follow a rotating schedule for his care. The documents did not indicate whether their divorce itself would become a subject of future posts or videos.

The unusual provisions reflect the overlap between the pair’s marriage and their income-producing public identities. Their personal relationship is ending, but the temporary order treats regular joint production, account access and advance planning as continuing business obligations until the court or the parties establish longer-term terms.
