EuGH befasst sich mit Preisangabe für Flaschen und Pfand
Der Europäische Gerichtshof (EuGH) in Luxemburg befasst sich am Donnerstag (09.30 Uhr) mit dem Pfand auf Flaschen und Gläser in Deutschland. Konkret geht es darum, ob dieses in Werbeprospekten separat ausgewiesen oder in den Preis eingerechnet werden muss. Der Verband Sozialer Wettbewerb hatte gegen die Supermarktkette Famila geklagt, die den Preis wie viele andere Supermärkte auch in Prospekten separat angab. (Az. C-543/21)
Der Fall ging bis vor den Bundesgerichtshof in Karlsruhe. Dieser setzte ihn im Juli 2021 aus und legte ihn dem EuGH vor. Am Donnerstag werden zuerst die Schlussanträge des Generalanwalts, ein juristisches Gutachten, verlesen. Ein Urteil kommt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, der noch nicht bekannt gegeben wurde.
