Wirtschaftsweise stellen Konjunkturprognose für 2023 und 2024 vor
Das wirtschaftliche Beratungsgremium der Bundesregierung, die sogenannten Wirtschaftsweisen, stellt am Mittwoch (10.00 Uhr) seine aktualisierte Konjunkturprognose für die Jahre 2023 und 2024 vor. Der Sachverständigenrat zur Begutachtung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung will darin nach eigenen Angaben die konjunkturelle Lage sowie deren "Entwicklung vor dem Hintergrund hoher Inflation diskutieren".
In ihrem Herbstgutachten waren die Wirtschaftsweisen für 2023 von einem Abschwung um 0,2 Prozent und einem Preisanstieg von 7,4 Prozent ausgegangen. Zur Finanzierung von Entlastungen für die Bürgerinnen und Bürger schlugen sie einen zeitlich befristeten höheren Spitzensteuersatz vor. Zuletzt hatten sich die Aussichten aber wieder leicht aufgehellt.
