Flüge ins Ausland fast 25 Prozent teurer als vor einem Jahr
Die Preise für Flugtickets ins Ausland sind in diesem Jahr stark gestiegen. In den ersten sechs Monaten kosteten Flüge im Schnitt 24,9 Prozent mehr als im ersten Halbjahr des vergangenen Jahres, wie das Statistische Bundesamt in Wiesbaden am Dienstag mitteilte. Dagegen fiel der Preisanstieg bei Flugtickets für Inlandsflüge mit 3,9 Prozent im Vergleichszeitraum eher gering aus.
Die größten Preissteigerungen gab es nach Angaben des Statistikamts bei internationalen Langstreckenflügen nach Asien und Australien in der Economy-Class: Hier zahlten Reisende rund 42,5 Prozent mehr als noch vor einem Jahr. Aber auch Flüge ins europäische Ausland verteuerten sich mit 31,9 Prozent deutlich. Für Flüge nach Südamerika und Afrika mussten Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher 19,6 und 16,6 Prozent mehr bezahlen.
Deutlich tiefer mussten Reisende zuletzt auch für Pauschalreisen in die Tasche greifen: Sie kosteten 10,2 Prozent mehr als im ersten Halbjahr 2022. Innerhalb Deutschlands stiegen die Preise hier stärker an (14,5 Prozent) als bei Pauschalreisen ins Ausland (zehn Prozent). Die Verbraucherpreise insgesamt stiegen in Deutschland im Halbjahresvergleich um 7,4 Prozent an, erklärte das Statistikamt.
