DEL: München gelingt in Bremerhaven der Ausgleich
Titelfavorit Red Bull München ist nach seinem Fehlstart ins Play-off-Viertelfinale der Deutschen Eishockey Liga (DEL) der Ausgleich gelungen. Der Hauptrundensieger gewann am Mittwoch bei den Fischtown Pinguins Bremerhaven 3:1 (1:1, 0:0, 2:0), damit steht es in der Best-of-seven-Serie 2:2.
Am Freitag (19.30 Uhr/MagentaSport) hat München in eigener Halle die Chance, erstmals in Führung zu gehen und sich gleichzeitig zwei Matchbälle zu erspielen. Die Red Bulls hatten die ersten beiden Spiele gegen den Außenseiter verloren, sich zuletzt aber durch ein 7:1 zurückgemeldet.
München bekam in Bremerhaven früh durch Christian Wejse eine kalte Dusche (6.), Trevor Parkes glich aber noch im ersten Drittel mit einem schön herausgespielten Überzahltor aus (14.). Patrick Hager (47.) sorgte für das 2:1 der Gäste, Austin Ortega legte kurz darauf mit einem verwandelten Penalty nach (48.). In der Schlussphase rannten die Pinguins erfolglos an, auch die Herausnahme des Torhüters brachte nichts.
