Medien: Terodde bleibt wohl doch bei Schalke
Vertragswende bei Simon Terodde: Der Angreifer bleibt nach dem Abstieg aus der Bundesliga offenbar doch beim FC Schalke. Das berichten die Bild-Zeitung und Sky übereinstimmend. Demnach verlängert der 35-Jährige seinen Vertrag bei den Königsblauen um ein Jahr. Eigentlich hatte Terodde im April bereits seinen Schalke-Abschied verkündet.
"Ich will auf jeden Fall noch weiterspielen", hatte der Zweitliga-Rekordtorjäger damals gesagt - nun wird er es offenbar auf Schalke tun. Bei den Fans dürfte das gute Erinnerungen wecken. In der Saison 2021/2022 hatte Terodde den Traditionsklub mit 30 Toren zum sofortigen Wiederaufstieg geschossen.
