Jamal Musiala steht Bundestrainer Hansi Flick für die wegweisenden Länderspiele gegen Japan und Frankreich nicht zur Verfügung. Der Offensivspieler musste wegen Rückenproblemen absagen. Das teilte der deutsche Fußball-Rekordmeister Bayern München am Donnerstag mit. Eine Nachnominierung wird es nicht geben. Das bestätigte der DFB auf SID-Anfrage.
Ursprünglich sollte Musiala nach seinem überstandenen Muskelfaserriss am Donnerstagabend in Wolfsburg eintreffen. Dort geht es am Samstag (20.45 Uhr/RTL) gegen den WM-Schreck Japan.
Bereits am Mittwoch reiste Niclas Füllkrug aufgrund von Oberschenkelproblemen ab. Für den Dortmunder war Thomas Müller nachnominiert worden. Am Dienstag (21.00 Uhr Uhr/ARD) trifft die DFB-Auswahl in Dortmund auf Vize-Weltmeister Frankreich.
