Der Schriftsteller und Entertainer Heinz Strunk will mit Meditation und Sport sein Stresslevel senken. Nach mehr als einem Dutzend Büchern, die sich insgesamt millionenfach verkauften, und weiteren aktuellen Projekten müsse er "mal wieder richtig mit Yoga anfangen", sagte der 61-Jährige der deutschen Ausgabe des "Playboy" laut Mitteilung vom Donnerstag. "Und mit Sport und Meditation, um irgendwie runterzukommen."
"Ich merke, dass es etwas Selbstzerstörerisches hat, auf diesem Level weiterzuarbeiten", sagte Strunk. Derzeit arbeitet er an seiner neuen Amazon-Serie "Last Exit Schinkenstraße" über zwei Musiker auf Mallorca und am Buch "Zauberberg 2", das er im kommenden Jahr zum hundertsten Jubiläum von Thomas Manns Roman "Zauberberg" veröffentlichen will.
Auf die Frage, wie er es fände, wenn einer seiner für die Serie geschriebenen Ballermann-Songs tatsächlich ein Hit würde, sagte Strunk: "Das wäre herrlich, wenn das gelingt." Es sei genau das Ziel, das er seit 20 Jahren anstrebe - "ein Cross-over von Ballermann-Klientel und Feuilleton".
