RMV Amriswil Riders Secure Podium Finish at Swiss Indoor Cycling Championships
The RMV Amriswil cycling team delivered strong performances at the recent Swiss indoor cycling championships, with Tanisha Tanner and Julia Stäheli securing a bronze medal. Six athletes from the club competed, with several achieving personal bests despite limited preparation time for some participants.
Tanisha Tanner and Julia Stäheli secured a bronze medal at the Swiss indoor cycling championships, leading a strong showing for the RMV Amriswil team over the past weekend. The club sent six athletes to the national competition, where they achieved notable placements and personal bests.
In the individual event, Luana Lutz finished sixth after setting a new personal record. Tanisha Tanner placed eighth following clean routines that included minor errors, while Bettina Germann closed her season with a personal best in 13th place. Jasmin Brändle, who started as the first competitor from Amriswil, finished 15th after presenting a solid short program despite a brief preparation period.
The two-person category saw mixed results for the club. Luana Lutz and Jeannine Graf competed in their first joint Swiss championship but were unable to replicate their previous season's performance, gaining valuable experience instead. Tanner and Stäheli, however, delivered an impressive routine that earned them third place on the podium.
The team's results highlight the competitive strength of the RMV Amriswil indoor cycling squad at the national level.
